Proper Storage Environment
Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place away from moisture, humidity, direct sunlight, and heat. A closed cotton/silk pouch or non-velvet lined box works best to maintain the beauty and longevity of your pieces.

• FREE shipping on all orders across India
• Metro cities: Delivery within 3 business days
• Non-metro cities: Delivery within 5 business days
• We ship to all serviceable areas across India using DTDC or Blue Dart

International Shipping

• Standard delivery: 2-4 weeks (most orders arrive within a week)
• FREE shipping on orders above 100USD
• For orders under 100USD, standard shipping charges apply
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable in their country

When Returns Are Accepted

Returns are accepted within 6 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation) for unworn items in the following cases:

• You received the wrong item
• Item arrived damaged or with damaged packaging
• Item has manufacturing defects

• Clear photos showing the issue
• Brief description of the concern

Return Requirements

To ensure a smooth return process, returned items must be:

• Unworn and in original condition
• In original packaging with all tags attached
• Safely packed in protective packaging (preferably the original shipping carton)

We carefully inspect all returns to verify they meet these conditions before processing replacements or refunds.

We do not offer exchanges. However, you're welcome to place a new order for a different item while your return is being processed.
